For more than 25 years, I’ve worked alongside spiritual innovators, changemakers, pastors, entrepreneurs, organizations and communities experimenting at the edges of faith, culture and social change.

How I work now
Today, my work begins with the Spiritual Innovation Assessment, a reflective process exploring you, your project, and your community. It gives us shared context before deciding whether coaching, consulting, a cohort, or another direction entirely would genuinely help.
My experience doesn’t carry the work; it simply means the hospitality and curiosity aren’t coming from inexperience. They’re choices made after decades of doing the work.
